5 CAUSES OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION & HOW TO TREAT IT NATURALLY

5 Top Causes of Sleep deprivation  Are you suffering from insomnia? You wake up at night for no reason yet do not know how to go back to sleep. Let's get to know five common reasons to wake up at night and how to deal with them for a quiet, long and deep sleep all night long. Problem 1: Wake up for no reason and think busy. Waking up at midnight is the first cause of poor sleep, a condition that affects people of all ages. It is a very frustrating situation. What to do ? 1. Keep the darkness. If you wake up at night, do not turn on the light. Use a light or small light detector near your bed and use it to set your way to the bathroom, or use a dim night light in the bathroom and leave the door slightly open, until you find your way there. Whatever you do, do not occupy the strong light. 2. Keep the clock away from you. The fixed clock movement will remind you of the time you spend while awake and increase your anxiety. The

Tobias Harris Trade

Tobias Harris Trade

After landing Jimmy Butler in November, Philadelphia has now  their second all-star calibre player this season, acquiring 26-year-old forward Tobias Harris from the Los Angeles Clippers. So what Tobias Harris trade means

"Tobias is one of the top three assists in the professional league and has the ability to influence the game on both sides of the pitch (defense and attack)
said Elton Brand, general manager of Philadelphia. There's no more powerful trade chip than draft assets, and the 76ers utilized their bevy of picks to make this deal happen, sending two second-round picks and a pair of first-rounders to the Clippers in exchange for Harris. The 2021 unprotected Miami Heat pick that L.A. acquired is the most valuable of the bunch, and could be a top-three caliber pick if Miami's regression continues as expected. However, for a team looking to contend for a championship in the immediate future, it's a worthy risk

For the four teams currently ahead of them in the Eastern Conference standings, there should be legitimate concern for the fifth-place Sixers catching up to them. Just one game back of a top-four seed and six games back of first place, the trade gives Philadelphia a good chance to make a push for a top seed as the playoff stretch nears

The Clippers were an early surprise in the NBA this season, at one stretch holding first place in the West thanks in part to Harris’ career year. They’ve since cooled, and at 30-25 are currently in eighth in the conference. After losing their best player and not acquiring any “win now” players in return, you can expect the Clippers to dive a bit in the standings (which should open the door for more playing time for Canadian rookie point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander).

How will Raptors respond? Apart from stiffer competition at the top of the East, the deal could also light up fire under the fire of Raptors, who saw their team seem more lethal than ever before last month. The Harris deal puts the ball in Toronto’s court to respond and bulk up their own roster— and with only one more day to do so before the trade deadline passes
