5 CAUSES OF SLEEP DEPRIVATION & HOW TO TREAT IT NATURALLY

5 Top Causes of Sleep deprivation  Are you suffering from insomnia? You wake up at night for no reason yet do not know how to go back to sleep. Let's get to know five common reasons to wake up at night and how to deal with them for a quiet, long and deep sleep all night long. Problem 1: Wake up for no reason and think busy. Waking up at midnight is the first cause of poor sleep, a condition that affects people of all ages. It is a very frustrating situation. What to do ? 1. Keep the darkness. If you wake up at night, do not turn on the light. Use a light or small light detector near your bed and use it to set your way to the bathroom, or use a dim night light in the bathroom and leave the door slightly open, until you find your way there. Samsung Galaxy S10 preview

The Galaxy S10, S10+ just announced in San Francisco are, with the possible exception of battery life.

All the Galaxy S10 models have returned to the unpainted metal trims of yesteryear, which we think look better than the painted trim on the S9, when Samsung tried to make the phone look like it had a front, a back, but no sides.

Both the Galaxy S10 and S10+ are similar in a lot of ways. The phones come with an Infinity O punch-hole display, either Snapdragon 855 or Exynos 9820 processor, a premium build made up of a combination of metal and glass, IP68 water and dust resistance rating, a headphone jack, a USB-C port, the new OneUI interface, and the same triple cameras on the back. But there are some key differences as well.

it weighs a little more than the non-ceramic version (about 23 grams more), but the extra weight doesn't hurt. It actually feels better in the hand when it's a tad heavier, and when you're paying the sort of money Samsung is asking, a bit of heft seems appropriate.

You can notice that Galaxy S10+ has two front-facing cameras (10MP+8MP), while the S10 gets a single 10MP front-facing camera.
There is no fingerprint scanner on the rear. The Galaxy S10 and S10+ also support the reverse wireless charging feature. This would allow the Galaxy S10 to wirelessly charge other devices such as the newly launched Galaxy Buds.
As for the price, Samsung Galaxy S10 will start at $899.99 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage model. The same storage configuration for the Galaxy S10+ will cost $999.99.
