Writing what has been learned

The student must take a few minutes to write what he learned, to strengthen his mental strength.

Yoga trainer Claudia Allcher suggests writing 400 words every day about what a person has learned, not necessarily that these notes to be long.

Pay attention to your lessons


Lack of attention during the course of the lessons leads to the inability to understand what the teacher says, and to achieve this avoid talking with colleagues, or writing notes. Focus and don't think of anything else.

Study continuously



The study helps you remember what has been learned.The teacher may give a short test- from time to time - related to things that have been learned previously. It is also worth mentioning that the postponement of the study should be avoided for the last day before the exam.

Sleep Early


It helps to increase energy in your body in the next day and will make you think clearly. In contrast, sleeping late leads to loss of concentration. Make sure that you sleep at least 8-10 hours a day. 

Ask for help

The lack of understanding of anything leads to the inability to study well; therefore, the teacher should be asked for help when student does not understand a point. Or you can read your personal notes and make sure there are no questions about them. While studying at home, ask for help from a parent if possible.
